Coggins International Delivers Cutting-Edge CBT to DLA Energy for Newly Released FuelsManager Defense 8.0

Atlanta, GA - February 18, 2013 – Coggins International today announced the delivery of a cutting-edge Computer Based Training (CBT) course to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for the newly released software FuelsManager® Defense 8.0. DLA considers this CBT to be an essential means of supporting the rapid deployment of FuelsManager Defense as a field component of its SAP-based Enterprise Business System (EBS) solution being deployed at over 600 Department of Defense locations. The CBT was designed as a training tool and quick-reference guide, making it the ideal go-to resource for users worldwide.

The CBT features software simulation, user interactive exercises and full motion video recordings. It utilizes a new tracking technology developed specifically for DLA Energy, allowing the user to view the CBT as their schedule permits, remembering where they left off and saving their progress along the way. In the past, a user would have to complete the entire CBT in one setting which could take up to 5 hours, an unrealistic timeframe for the Warfighter. Upon successfully completing the course the user is authorized to download a Certificate of Completion, demonstrating their advanced knowledge in FuelsManager Defense.

Through years of Defense fuels management experience and working hand-in-hand with key representatives from DLA and the Military Services, Coggins International was able to thoroughly understand the unique requirements and vision of DLA Energy resulting in a game changing
CBT solution.
