Air Force Petroleum Agency’s Stefanie Rouse joins Coggins International

Washington, DC - August 25, 2014 – Coggins International today announced the addition of Washington, D.C. based Stefanie Rouse to its Automation, IT Services and Training Team as a Senior Instructor / Systems Integrator.

Rouse recently left the Air Force Petroleum Agency (AFPA) where she concluded an 11-year distinguished military career in fuel management, Stefanie Rouseaccountability and inventory control. Her knowledge of and first-hand experience with the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) Enterprise Business System (EBS) make her an invaluable Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the DLA Energy Training Department and the Military Services. Rouse is an outstanding communicator and a dynamic and knowledgeable instructor who teaches from an expert, first-hand point of view.

“Having worked with our team over the last two years on numerous DLA projects, Stefanie’s transition into the company will be seamless”, said Chairman & Chief Technology Officer Keith Coggins. “Her professional references and resounding endorsements from her superiors, Colonel Carmen Goyette and Mr. Michael Giroux (Colonel, USAF Retired), as well as throughout the fuels community made our decision to welcome her into our ‘best-of-the-best’ professional family an easy one.”

In AFPA, Rouse was regarded by her leadership as “hardworking, dedicated, professional and an expert in her field—a super fuels accounting/systems person”. She entered the Air Force in October 2003 as a Fuels Refueling Unit Operator and quickly progressed to a Fuels Resource Controller/Accountant, Fuels Administrator and Fuels Training Supervisor, before being assigned to AFPA as a Fuels Requirements Manager. Rouse took an Air Force Cross Business Process Analyst lead role in adopting Air Force energy requirements into DLA’s Enterprise Business System and demonstrated an extraordinary ability to quickly learn new technologies and resolve systems integration and operational issues. She provided support, training, and fuels accounting guidance to over 5,000 Air Force fuels personnel at 235 Air Force locations, guaranteeing scrupulous transaction reporting of Defense Working Capital Fund products.

“I’m honored and delighted to be part of the Coggins International Team!!” said Rouse. “This professional career choice allows me to ideally utilize my ambition, dedication and results-driven systems analysis expertise through use of DLA’s Enterprise Business System to provide world-class Energy software solutions and unparalleled customer support.”
